CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Cancelling or rescheduling your appointment must be done 48 hours BEFORE your appointment time. Otherwise 50 percent of your service may be charged to the card on file. If your card declines, you cannot book again until the service charge is paid.

 

Clients who cancel or reschedule appts 3x within 5 months will no longer be able to utilize online booking. You will need to contact me and a non-refundable deposit of $75 will need to be made at time of booking.

By booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms. Thank you for understanding and I cannot wait to see you in the studio!

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

The booking system automatically sends out a confirmation text and/or email to the number and email attached to the clients' file 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
 

If the client does not confirm their appointment 48 hours in advance, I will make an attempt to contact the client, if the client does not respond to confirm their appointment, the appointment may be cancelled and the client may be charged 50% of the service fee to the card on file.

If client needs to cancel or reschedule appointment they must do so through the booking system or contact the studio directly.  Do NOT communicate through the automated appointment texts as these message do not get forwarded to the studio's account.

LATE ARRIVAL

If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time may be reduced accordingly and the client will be still be required to pay full price.

​

If a client is 10 minutes late to their appointment, they may be charged an inconvenience late fee of $25.00.

​

If a client is 15 minutes late or more to their appointment, they may be asked to reschedule and it will be considered a cancellation - resulting in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

NO CALL / NO SHOW

No call/no shows are not tolerated.

 

The client will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file and may be banned indefinitely from There She Glows Atelier.

CARD ON FILE

All clients are responsible for making sure all their personal information is correct and up-to-date on their client profile. This includes phone number, email and valid credit card.

​

As a result of the clients' card being turned off from taking payments, removed from their file, or is unable to submit fee due to insufficient funds, the client will be unable to book future appointments until balance has been paid.
