After cleansing and applying hydrator,

1.    Start slow: Apply a thin layer every other night (or use a timed water-rinse method–like 30 minutes on, then rinse) to build up tolerance .

    2.    Progress gradually: After 1–2 weeks, increase to nightly application.

    3.    Protect & hydrate: Follow with a lightweight moisturizer and always apply sunscreen during the day—benzoyl peroxide can increase UV sensitivity   .

WARNING: Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by Hydroxi which is a peroxide based product.
